The PDO Tuscan bread is obtained by means
of the ancient processing system in use in Tuscany for centuries
which foresees the exclusive use of yeast, water and “0” type soft wheat flour.
The flour used contains wheat germ and is produced from wheat varieties grown in Tuscany.
The control of the supply chain is guaranteed by the stamp representing Tuscany.
Our Tuscan PDO bread is baked in a real wood oven fired with bundles of brushwood.
